The stories, the laughter, the memories. The inside jokes. Our family history retold to the newer generation. A chance to reconnect, meet the newest additions of the family, and make new memories. I am so excited to get this website up and running where all things family can be found. So please get all your family members to this site, first step click upper right JOIN HERE button. Complete your profile, upload pictures of previous reunions, ( Click Past Reunion Photos-left side), answer the questions and enjoy perusing other members profiles. Want more details about the site? Click First Time Visitor-upper left. Everyone 18 and older and spouses should have their name on the list please give grace if I missed someone or misspelled, computers are not my forte. Just let me know and I will correct it. This site will continue in perpetuity so again it is important to have family members profiles Up to Date even if you are not able to go to this reunion. All things reunion will be posted here, this is where tickets will be ordered and purchased for Friday and Saturday nights dinner.  Other meals are on your own, do I hear a pork tenderloin sandwich in my future? Three C's Diner won best in class 2018 for theirs, just sayin.

Plans for the reunion are as follows:

Friday afternoon to evening: Meet for fun at Lake Icaria, dinner provided, cost to follow, you will be able to sign up and pay on this site, stay tuned

Saturday 10-12: For those so inclined cemetery tour, your hosts Larry and Tim, meet in front of THE CORNING HOTEL.

Saturday early evening: Dinner, a show and family trivia night, (prizes) will be held at Happy Hollow Country Club, in Corning, sign ups on this site, stay tuned

Saturday later in the evening: For those race fans in the group we will head over to Adams County Speedway for Iowa style racing, ear plugs suggested

Rest of the time is free time, to take your own tours, visit the downtown area they have some new stores (Fire and Salt Co is a must), grab a coffee, visit the bakery, rent a pontoon boat at Bobbers Down Marina at Lake Icaria, take the kids to the city pool, tour the French Icarian Village (request on their web site). For those that might want to come early I will be getting a reservation for those interested at the Primrose restaurant that Thursday 24th, yes you heard me right we will need reservations. So shoot me a note that you are interested and how many. 

Where to stay? I will have some rooms blocked under the Leonard Preservation Society name at The Corning Hotel. 641 418-8190. They won't release those rooms until October 1st, so I suggest if you know you are coming to call early.  The manager informed me they get a lot of summer weekend guests for weddings so they book up. The stay does include continental breakfast. 

Other options include camping at Lake Icaria, tents, trailers or cabins, info on their web site.

Whether you've been to every reunion or this will be your first, you're an imporant part of this family and it just wouldn't be the same without you there for both events.
